NOTE – all team players, both Senior and Junior this year require to be British Tennis members, and as such the if you are not already a member, then the form enclosed will allow the Club to enter your details to British Tennis. Even if you are not a team player but want to participate in the Wimbledon draw, you need to join British Tennis – its free. Please complete and return with your application.
